For those of you who may not have been along Lodge Road lately, here is the first house to be built on the new estate. This show home is due to open in early February.

How long before a new access road into the new estate will be opened allowing the older residents in Villa Park to venture out and not worry about the lorries.
To date, Persimmon have not completed on the purchase of the Goodman charity land so access from the High Street is not an immediate option. As soon as we are given an update, we will let you all know
